Junior Sailing Program Prices & Payment

Prices through April 30.  All prices increase $20 per session for registrations received after April 30

Payment in full is due June 1.

A nonrefundable $50 registration fee is due at time of registration.

REGISTRATION

On-line registration starts January 1. When your sailor is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation.  Invoices will be sent via email.

Invoices must be paid in full prior to participating in the program.

Payments received after June 1st will be assessed a 5% late fee.

To Pay by Credit Card:

PYC offers the convenience of paying by credit card to members and non-members with PLASTIQ.  For the convenience of paying by credit card, PLASTIQ charges up to a 2.5% fee to process cards. Click here to pay your bill by credit card.

To Pay by Check:

Checks are payable to "PORTLAND YACHT CLUB."  Please note below: "for Junior Sailing registration,"  and mail or deliver checks to:

If your payment has not been received by June 1st, then your sailor may be replaced by a sailor from the waiting list. No sailor will be allowed to begin the program until payment has been made in full.

Refunds

  • A complete refund will be granted if the request is made more than four (4) weeks prior to the program start date.
  • A 50% refund will be granted if the request is made four (4) weeks or less prior to the •program start date.
  • A 25% refund will be granted if the request is made two (2) weeks or less prior to the program start date.
  • No refunds will be granted after the program start date.
  • No refund will be granted if a sailor is dismissed because of behavioral misconduct or violation of safety requirements.
  • In the case of all refunds, PYC will keep $50 to cover the administrative costs.
